   b. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled tour departure date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
   c. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled tour departure date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process:
   a. To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing your reservation details and reason for cancellation.
   b. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original reservation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

3. No Show or Partial Use:
   a. If you fail to join the tour without prior cancellation or if you leave the tour before its completion, no refund will be provided.

4. Tour Modifications:
   a. If you wish to modify your reservation by changing the tour dates or itinerary, kindly contact our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, and any price differences may apply.

5. Force Majeure:
